Escalations & Right to Access
Realtors Choice uses JAMS, an alternative dispute resolution provider based in the United States, to investigate and resolve complaints and disputes that cannot be resolved internally, at no cost to the individual. Unresolved complaints may be directed to JAMS (The use of JAMS should be employed only after the individual has petitioned Realtors Choice Products with a request or explanation of their issue.
